Agreement to receive messages

By providing your mobile number and opting in through a web form, online ordering or reservation process, or another documented consent method, you agree to receive SMS messages from Big Fish.

Types of messages

Messages may include customer-care responses, reservation confirmations and reminders, waitlist and table-ready alerts, online-order confirmations and status alerts, account or service notifications, and follow-ups concerning guest experiences.

Frequency and charges

Messaging frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply. Contact your wireless provider for details about your messaging and data plan.

Opt out and assistance

To opt out at any time, text STOP. You may receive one final message confirming your opt-out request. For assistance, text HELP or visit www.bigfishmb.com.

Privacy and consent

Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchase. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. SMS opt-in data and consent will not be sold or shared with third parties, except service providers used solely to operate the messaging program.
