What we collect

When you sign up for the Big Fish newsletter we collect the information you provide in the form — your first name, last name (optional), and email address — along with the IP address and browser user-agent of the request, used solely for spam and abuse prevention.

How we use it

Your email is used to send you the welcome message, updates about our opening, and a notification when the 15% off gift-card link becomes available. We do not sell, rent, or share your information with third parties for their marketing purposes. We use Resend to deliver email and Neon to store the signup record — both are processors acting on our behalf.

Unsubscribing

Every email we send contains an unsubscribe link. Clicking it immediately removes you from future sends. You may also email hello@bigfishmb.com to request deletion of your record entirely.

Cookies & tracking

This site does not set first-party cookies for tracking. The form may briefly load a Cloudflare Turnstile challenge to verify you are not a bot; Cloudflare may set its own cookies as part of that process.
