What we collect

When you sign up for the Big Fish newsletter, contact us, place an online order, make a reservation, join a waitlist, or opt in to SMS, we may collect information you provide, including your name, email address, mobile number, order or reservation details, and the contents of customer-care communications.

We may also collect the IP address and browser user-agent associated with a website request for security, spam prevention, and service operation.

How we use it

If you opt in, your email is used to send you the welcome message and Big Fish updates, including restaurant news and live music.

We use your information to provide requested services, process and communicate about online orders, manage reservations and waitlists, respond to guest inquiries, follow up about guest experiences, send messages you have requested, protect our services, and maintain business records.

We use Resend to deliver email and Neon to store website signup records. These providers process information on our behalf. Toast processes information used for online ordering under the Toast Privacy Statement.

SMS and mobile information

If you opt in to SMS, we may send customer-care messages, reservation confirmations and reminders, waitlist and table-ready alerts, online-order confirmations and status alerts, account or service notifications, and follow-ups concerning guest experiences. Messaging frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. SMS opt-in data and consent will not be sold or shared with third parties, except service providers used solely to operate the messaging program.

How we share information

We do not sell or rent personal information. We do not share personal information with third parties for their own marketing purposes. We may provide information to vendors that perform services on our behalf, when required by law, or when reasonably necessary to protect Big Fish, our guests, or the public.

Your choices

Every marketing email contains an unsubscribe link. You may text STOP to opt out of SMS. You may also email hello@bigfishmb.com to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information, subject to applicable legal and recordkeeping requirements.

Cookies and tracking

This site does not set first-party cookies for advertising. A form may briefly load a Cloudflare Turnstile challenge to verify that a request is not automated. Cloudflare may set cookies needed to provide that security service.
